Six Ten Software makes small, focused desktop tools for people who turn slides and scripts into finished, narrated content.
I’ve spent thirty years in learning and development — writing courses, recording voiceover, and wrangling decks that had to ship on a deadline. Six Ten grew out of that work. Every tool here started as a problem I hit on a real project, and a button I kept wishing PowerPoint already had.
You might not call yourself “L&D,” and that’s fine — you might build online courses, narrate videos, teach a class, run a podcast, or just keep inheriting decks you have to tear apart and rebuild. If you’ve ever needed a presentation to talk, or needed to get words and audio out of one, these were built for you.
What I believe:
- Your work stays on your machine. These are desktop apps, not cloud services. Your decks, recordings, and transcripts don’t get uploaded to someone else’s server to be processed. When a tool uses AI, you bring your own key and the traffic goes straight from your computer to the provider — it never passes through me.
- You should own the tools you buy. Pay once, run it on your machine, keep it. No account required to open the app you already paid for.
- One job, done well. Each tool does a specific thing you actually need, not a hundred things you’ll never touch.
The tools:
- Voxsmith turns your PowerPoint speaker notes into ElevenLabs narration and attaches the audio to your slides automatically — no exporting MP3s and inserting them one slide at a time.
- VoxPrep is the set of PowerPoint utilities you keep wishing were built in.
- Voxtext transcribes your audio and video to text, locally, on your own machine.
